Why the window matters
A parts delivery is not judged on the average. It is judged on the morning a technician is standing over an open bay waiting for a box, because that is the delivery that costs the shop a bay for a day.
That is the run we build the schedule around. If we cannot hold your window properly, we will say so rather than take the work and miss it.
Proof on every stop
Signature, photo, timestamp and GPS on every drop, retained and available — so a disputed delivery is a question with an answer rather than an argument.
