Terms

Terms for this website.

These cover the site. They do not cover the delivery work — that is governed by the written agreement for that work.

What this site is

A description of the delivery operation and a way to request a quote. Nothing on it is an offer, a price, or a commitment to run a particular route. A quote request is a request; a route is agreed in writing.

Quote requests

Every request gets a reference and a reply. A reference number is a way to identify a conversation. It is not an acceptance of work and does not create a contract.

Accuracy

This site describes how the operation is run. Where a document governs the work — a business associate agreement, a signed contract — that document is the authoritative version, not any summary printed here.

Carriage terms and liability

Not set out here. Those belong in the signed agreement for the work in question, and a web page is the wrong place to state them.
