What this site collects.

Short version: what you type into a form, plus the technical detail needed to stop that form being abused. Nothing else.

Quote requests

When you send a quote request we store your name, company, email, phone, the pickup and delivery locations, the type and frequency of work, and whatever you write in the cargo field. We also store the IP address and browser string the request arrived with, which is used to spot and block abuse of the form and nothing else.

Do not put patient names or medical details in that form. The form says so, and the fields are written so they do not ask for it. If regulated detail is needed to price a route, it belongs in a conversation covered by an agreement, not in a web form.

Applications

If you apply for a role we store what you enter and, if you attach one, your resume. Resumes are stored privately, outside the public web root, and are readable only by the operation through an authenticated route. They are never given a public link.

Pharmacy work and business associate status

For pharmacy delivery BCODE is likely a business associate. The operation is built accordingly: business associate agreements, role-restricted access, and no patient identifiers in tracking links, notifications or email subject lines.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and applications are kept while they are commercially useful and then deleted. Proof-of-delivery records are kept for a defined period as part of the delivery contract.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this site.
• No selling or sharing of anything you submit.
• No marketing email you didn't ask for.

Asking us about your data

Email Management@bcodellc.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it if you want it gone and we are not required to keep it.
